Fitness Program - Los Angeles PDF Print E-mail

The dance fitness workouts are broken down into three sections.  All sections are based on DanceSport (Ballroom) dances and include influences from Jazz, Plyometric (athletic explosiveness) training, and Yoga.

Dance fitness is a new way to get into great shape while having fun.  There is no better cardio workout!
